How long until my order ships?

All orders ship within 1-2 days. Shipping takes place Mon-Fri. (If an order is placed on the weekend orders will ship the following Monday.)

When will I receive tracking?

You will be automatically emailed tracking information as soon as the order ships. 

Where are you located?

We are located in California. 

How long does shipping take?

The time it takes once shipped depends on your address location and method selected at checkout.

We ship using USPS Ground or UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) & USPS Priority shipping (1-3 Business Days).

For AK, HI, PR, we suggest selecting Priority Shipping for the fastest delivery. If shipping cost surpasses our set Priority Shipping Fee we will contact you to cover the additional amount. 

My order says delivered but it's not here?

Once orders have been shipped we unfortunately have no control once it is in the carriers hand. If your order says delivered but you do not have it please double check that the address was entered correctly as well as reach out to USPS to inquire further.

Why is there a candy missing that I selected?

If you have selected more than the recommended options per size we will randomly select from your chosen gummies. 

If a candy goes out of stock after your order has been placed we will double the amount of another candy selected on your order. 

Can I return my order?

We are unable to accept returns on candy. All candy sales are final.

Can I change my order?

To change an order please reach out to cravedcandyshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped it may be able to be changed. Once an order has been packed and shipped changes cannot be made. 

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel a recent order reach out to cravedcandyshop@gmail.com as soon as possible and request a cancellation with your order number. If the order has not been shipped the order may be cancelled. If the order has shipped we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order and all sales are final.
